Navigation, Radio, and AC no longer working

I have a 2003 LX470 with a USA Spec BT45-Toy for Bluetooth connection to the factory radio. The other day I turned the car on and Bluetooth “connected” like it has been for the past 3 years. Shortly after the factory touch screen goes blank, radio and ac controls are no longer available to adjust. I did a quick search and some people recommended switching out the fuse for “Cig” on the driver side panel. I switched it and nothing happened. I did the same for radio and AC, still a no go. The car still works as it should just no longer have access to the navigation screen and all the controls including AC. Has anybody experienced this?
