Is this an AHC accumulator? Does the fact that it says KYB mean that it is not an original part?

KYB is a Japanese suspension component manufacturer- Plausible they were an OES supplier.

49130-60010 looks to be a good Lexus (and Toyota) part number. It just seems strange that it does not have a Lexus logo anywhere.

Yes. That's the pressure accumulator used for small, quick changes of the ahc pressure.
To the left you also see the accumulator (globe, sphere, gas-spring) for the suspension for the left front wheel.

Just looked at mine (had it since new) and the label is exactly the same. Mine is lot 5719. So yes, definitely original part.
