2008 w/ 127k on it. Using it to explore the mountains and to the ski resort mostly. When I bought it had some AR wheels on it.

Dealer told me they would get me the center caps, but there has been some major issues getting them so I found some rock warriors for around 500. I really hated the 20s anyways. Hoping I can sell em...

Interesting the TPMS seemed to work with no changes. The previous owner had no clue if they still had the sensors. I have some ridge grapplers on order. Hard choice on tires, but I haven't been happy with the BFGs in the past. In the wet heavy snow they seem to clog and turn into slicks. The new ones seem to have some wear issues also. Taking a chance on the grapplers I hope they work out.

I have one question about this phone line I have coming out of the top of the headliner. I can't figure out what it is for?

I do not have that, so I am guessing that it is aftermarket. Remove away!

Congrats on the purchase!

@lxid There is something called a "Blendmount" that allows you to attach a radar detector to the mirror. I'll take a pic of mine this afternoon, or you can just search for that term here on MUD. The little cable that you have there allows for it to share the same power supply that the mirror has for dimming, etc. It has little spade connectors that tap into the power harness up by the headliner. The benefit to this is that you don't have a long coiled cable extending from your windshield to the cig lighter below.

If you dont have any intention to use a radar detector, its easy to remove, assuming it was installed correctly in the first place. Ill take pics of that also this afternoon. For reference, your cable in the pic is pretty long. Mine is probably about 10"

Thanks for the info I removed it. I drive pretty slow so don't need that...

I also have some sort of rfid transponder stuck to the windshield there. Assume its for tolls or something. Hoping that will be as easy to remove.

Thats where I kept my toll tag/pass on the windshield- right behind the mirror as not to obstruct my field of vision. When needed- I used a razor blade to remove it with some adhesive remover spray.

I'm amazed how much stuff was left on yours by the previous owner. I always removed the toll tag to ensure no one ran up my toll bill after I sold the vehicle.

I think the Valentine 1 and definitely the Escort radar detectors use that "phone jack" style connector. You might be able to pass it on to a friend or family member, or even here on MUD if anyone has an interest in it.
