Yes thats is what I have - it is from a BJ42 model and i should work fine. I just have to align everything up and drill some holes for the L-brackets.

That transmission mount will work very well. It looks like you are going to modify the frame mounts to accept the HJ60 motor mounts?

yep - but only in the righthand side! The pre85 lefthand side motor bracket will place the engine correct and make a template for the rest.

On my motor the thermostat housing points the other way which meant I needed a different radiator (ie. a custom radiator). Yours will probably work just fine as it does not look like you have an A/C compressor to contend with. The addition of an A/C unit might cause an interference issue with the A/C belt and the upper radiator hose. But in your geographic location A/C is probably not necessary. Keep up the good work Jesper!

The engine is in the truck now... what a relief!!! Now it is only to cross my fingers and hope for the engine is running okay :/

Got this EDIC motor from my old engine and it seems like it will fit the 2H engine with out to much trouble!!! lovely...

The HJ61 manifold is already mounted - if I want to go for a turbo later on!

Michael I am skilled in Autobody Repair and now I am education manager for the skill and the automotive mechanics! I was a teacher for 6 years on the school

Okay Guys - I am back! It has been a faking nightmare to have this 2H engine ready. But now it seems like it is going in the right direction again

New conditioned head etc and the improved oil relief valve save my day. It is driving very good and starts like a champ. The only really issue right now is the tranny - it is making a lot of noise in 3 and 4 gear! Anyone tried to solve a problem like that?

Now I will start to make it ready for our summer holiday trips. Normally and Sweden.
