OK...It's been a while...I haven't gotten much accomplished lately. My links are still not done due to 1 machine shop wanting to charge me $300! I told them to suck it So tomorrow I'm going on a little journey to pick them back up and take them to the new guy...out the door for $150(still kinda high but I gotta get them done)
I have started on the internal cage... as of tonight 4 of the "feet plates" are mounted and I've taken all of the measurements I need so I can plug them into bendtech. These plates are a pain in the ass...

I thought the machine shops were trying to ass-rape me when they said $40 per link to drill & tap my aluminum...

After finally finishing doing it myself, that was a bargain. Lotttta work. Steel would be even more of a PITA, though it wouldn't have to be drilled out quite as much...

I hope so...I got my brackets(coil-over mounts) from Ballistic today..I hope to find time to install them...here is a pic of what I'm working on right now...flat bellying/dualcasing an '85 reg cab

OK....for those NOT in the KNOW...I'm changing engines...again...I've come across a DAMN GOOD DEAL...355 small block(350hp) and a built turbo 350 auto tranny....so out with the 190HP 3.4L and turbo tranny in with parts breaking power
