MUD app for Android

I'm having major issues with the MUD app crashing constantly. I haven't figured out any rhyme or reason as to when or why. It happens on 3G and WiFi, at home or work, sometime after 1 post, sometimes after a handful of posts, sometimes it won't open at all.
I've cleared the cache and data multiple times, restarted the app many times and even deleted it once and downloaded again. All seem to work sometimes, but no guarantee.

HTC Evo on Sprint network.

Any suggestions?

It was mentioned to me that maybe the one thread I try to access a lot is very large. Maybe it overwhelms the app. Don't know.TUT swamps it apparently.

I get an occasional bug when uploading photos...happened Saturday...software DOES send a report to the developer tho, and we've chatted on it too

Only thing I've really noticed, is that the app does not ever refresh/sync automatically. I usually check my subscriptions for new posts, and I always have to hit refresh after I navigate to the subscription page. I even bought the paid forumrunner app, as it is supposed to support push, but I can't even get my (correct) username and password to work on their forumrunner push setting page.
