...the Bigger Topic was my Catalytic Converters , GHOST is keepings hers , i have NO reason to take them off , i have no idea if a 3F-E would even Run without them ....

I assure you that it does, and does so beautifully. I haven't had smog equipment, to include the cats, on my 62 in about 16 years and desmogging was one of the best things I've done for my truck. There are no post-cat O2 sensors, so there's nothing to cause issues at all when they're removed.

Edit: forgot to add earlier that removing the EGR, combined with adding a PCV catch can made a huge difference with keeping carbon and oil sludge completely OUT of my intake manifold.
