Not sure what is a reasonable price for this -- has over $10k in recent work put in but I know that matters little at the end of the day. If I can get that out of it, that would be good.

GOOD:
Mechanically SOLID — was being used primarily as a commuter car until I got a newer vehicle. Before purchasing another car I planned to drive it into the ground. Was owned in Arizona and then Texas before purchased in 2015 by me and used primarily in Tennessee for local commuting and trips.
Full synthetic oil changes every 10k miles since purchasing at around 170,000 miles in 2015.
In the last year/10,000 miles the following have been replaced with OEM parts at a local Toyota dealer (>$10k spent):
-All 4 control arms with new lower ball joints
-Rack and pinion
-Driveshaft and shaft flanges
-Front and rear brakes
-Fan clutch and pulley assembly
-Water pump and timing belt
-Spark plugs and valve cover gaskets
-Axle/CV boots and front axle seal
-Transfer case seals and cover
(& relevant fluids)
Within the last 2 years also replaced the a/c compressor and O2 sensors (not OEM).
NEITHER HERE NOR THERE:
At 230,000 miles the engine was replaced with another 2UZ-FE when a cracked radiator reservoir damaged the original engine. Current engine has about 60,000 fewer miles on it than odometer indicates.
BAD:
-Passenger rear door is dented / pressed in from a slow motion scrape against a tree through a too-narrow path (no at-speed impact)
-Motor in sun roof is broken — roof has been closed and switch disconnected
-Wayward box hit the antenna so it wouldn’t retract — switch has been disconnected but should still work if antenna replaced
-Fuse for one of the front cigarette lighters is out
-Rear window defroster does not seem to operate (unsure issue)
-A/C button takes a few presses to engage (unsure of issue)
-Front passenger wood laminate has come off
-Front passenger window had poor tinting put on by previous owner
-Gas gauge correct on ignition but does not lower while car continues to run (unsure issue)
-Driver door light cover has disconnected at some point
-Window motors are all weak — greasing channels may help
-Middle leather is quite worn and cracked (still intact)
-Driver leather is worn, has one large rip, and has a seam coming undone
-Arm rest leather is worn and cracked (badly applied covers over them currently)
-Various mud / dirt stains throughought carpeting in the vehicle
-3rd row driver-side cup holder seems to be broken
-Spoiler was missing since previous owner
-Shifter leather is worn
-Previous owner lost all keys but one spare / valet key — NOT the one with the chip to re-key
-Glovebox key is just the metal portion (works on glovebox, does not turn ignition)
-Various chips and minor dents / marks from general use on exterior of car
