Our interests are vastly diverse, for those who are interested in a particular topic, the Search button is your friend. Look at the Pirates For Sale boards, the Sticky topics take up half a page or more. I sure don't like having to scroll so far down just to find the new posts.

Can we start putting Sticky's on all the "biggest tire size under an FJ.." topics. That topic IS very popular :D

excuse me, what does sticky a thread mean? I have seen threads to be sticky beside them.

FWIW, I'd love to add someone as an official "mod" for the Intl corner....like ALL the other forums, the demands are extremely low...the only things that take any effort at all are keeping a FAQ managed and moving sale items from the tech...and even those are rare. IIRC, there are less than 10 Mod actions done a week....cruiserheads are just too easygoing as a whole....

I was recently PM'd on having the FAQ added in this section....specifically on the diesel engine stuff (which I know absolutely zero about....)

If anyone is interested, let me know....beanz and Stone, you'd both be great candidates, and having two is no problem either.
 
Hey guys, if I can moderate the 60/62 section, anybody can do it. The main things are moving inappropriate posts, and maintaining a FAQ. Dead easy. No need for a lot of stickies...

I'd do it but I'm a n00b...

doesn't look like this section would be all that much of a chore though as you all have said, everyone on here seems to moderate themselves fairly well :)
 
I like dave's idea of the search. Maybe the FAQ could just contain instructions on how to use the search button :ban: :eek: :D

You catch that add with the scottish guy putting a turnaky(spelling?) on a bottle of beer, makes me laugh every time I see it.

I've been called lots of things...level headed is necessarily not one of them :D Thanks though. Looks like Stone has it, which is good. Probably not a good thing to have a vendor as a mod...

I have not seen that particular one yet...

A FAQ will be nice!

I have 7x16's on my 70. what is the largest tire I can run with an OME. OH yeah I NEED a turbo ;)

JK, not about the turbo part though. Congrats Stoney!

i have a 1PZ bolted to a H41 mated with a 1973 1 piece t/case and was wondering if this would fit in my dodge omni?
can i still run the stock axles?

Thanks, guys. Like I told Woody...I'm not the most knowlegeable, but I guess I have the most time. LOL. :D

By the way, if you could massage that engine/tranny combo into an Omni, send me pics and a writeup and I'll put it in a sticky thread so others who would like to do the same swap can refer to it, Wayne. :D

Wesintl: 255/85r/16 tires would fit beautifully on the 16x7 rims that you have and will look just perfect on a J7x with a mild 2.5" OME lift. If you need a turbo, Wayne might have a few LeBarons kicking around in his yard that he could salvage a turbo off of for you. :D

Since I kinda hate stickys even though I was in support of Everything about importing thread being one. Can you just add the link to the faq so we only have one sticky?
