White YJ still has invisible rims :flipoff2:

Is the camp ground sold out yet?

Majanrk, did you drop in the 4 speed I gave you yet? If anyone is looking for more comfortable accomodations thee are challets and rooms at very nice lodge for rent at Giants Ridge golf and ski resort just a few miles up the road to Biwabik. WWW.giantsridge.com. Poor Gary's Pizza is killer! Also in Bawabick. Vie's Pizza is attached to Rihno's pub in Bawabik really great pizza. If you are into Jamacan quisine there is a place on the East side of the street as you are going North through Gilbert early on as you inter town. It's name, I think, is The Whistling Bird. I think it will still be open then. Pretty good food NAd an interesting atmosphere for a Northern Minnesota place. Biwabik is just a few miles up the road from Gilbert and Giants ridge is just a couple more minutes from that. I have a place on the lake south of Biwabik and spend a bit of time there. There is a big yard and a fire pit. Plenty of downed trsse to make a fire. If anyone with a camper and a toilet wants to park there fell free to drop me a PM. I wouldn't hesitate to open the doors to some of you but it is for sale and I don't want to mention it to the wife because I allready know the answer. Can't make that weekend as we already have time slated for a Wisconsin lake trip and the cruiser is in storage for the winter. I would have liked to meet you guys. If you need to sight see and the wives need a break visit the Sudan Mine in Tower. Half day tour and it makes you realize how lucky you are not to be a miner!!! F#@kin deep and dark. Have fun guys, the off road park is fun. Four wheeler mag did an article last year and had lots good to say about it. :flipoff2:

Jamacan quisine on the Range.....can you say witness protection program?

Reminds me of Boris and Natasha formerly of the Whispering Pines…

Going to be a GOOD TIME!!!

Rims have been shipped. Should have them Friday.

Mount the krawlers, fix my front driveshaft and I should be ready.

The Whistling Bird is an Oasis in an otherwise Iron Range town. We stumbled in there last October on accident. We were cold becuase they had no firewood and went into the 1st place we saw for warmth and a few cold ones. Much to our suprise we were greeted by a HUGE Jamican guy and a full house. They made room for us in the back and were treated to a wonderful meal. Makes you wonder how he ever made it up there.

We've stayed at the campground in Biwabik a few times, and the folks who run the place are wonderful!

I haven't yet thrown in the 4 speed yet. One more project that is awaiting the time. I'm working on putting together an NP203 doubler so I will probably wait until I have all those parts.

Soon......

hey cramer can you bring my cruiser axel parts with you? and you wouldn't happen to have a slip yoke for a 60 series would you. pulled my t cases out today and found out the one of the ears was split in half wonder how long thats been like that.

I will have them with me, unless you need them before.
