Mityvac brake bleed / flush?

Any reason I can’t use this method to flush brakes on 1999? I have one of these, use a wheelchair so trying to make it easiest. Thanks!

Thank you. Maybe I’ll go for one of those. I already have the hand unit but certainly the reservoir is very small.

I have used the vacuum bleeder, but I much prefer a pressure bleeder. Same concept, just put the pressure on the other side of the equation. Less having to fiddle with parts on the bleedy side, too.
