:mad: I made it up hills in 2wd with the diff unlocked you failed on 3 times in row. :meh: LOL you get all the mud cleaned off? I know you were concerned and all. :grinpimp:

actually... I am pissed... I will post pics soon.... The mud messed up my paint bad... where ever there was a clump that stayed on there for over a day it oxidized the paint. my fenders look like you sprinkled brake fluid on them. I spend 5 min trying to rub one spot out of the fender and it looks better but defiantly not as good as it did... might have to repaint them. :mad::mad::mad::mad: it was like the mud aged the paint 20 years in those spots over night

:bang: Poser told you to stay on the paved trails. :meh: I was impressed you took your truck on some of the trails and all. Even got helped by a........ JEEP but.......... You need better tires. :clap:
 
@uck that........ I like my tires......... they have like 1K on them...... I spend $1000 on them........ I drive 90% on the road and logging trails..... they work great for me....... if I had an extra $2K laying around it would be fine to have a set of swampers for the 5 trail rides I take it on in red wing....;p but I would rather spend that $$ on whiskey and women :)

my truck made it everywhere all other stock trucks made.... you bastards were making fun of me for having to winch up that one hill... then Lemon had to winch up the same hill....... ARB'S, Swamper and Oryan and all... got yanked up..... :)

I did not see any other stock trucks. :hhmm: especially with 4" lifts and all. I would blame the extra weight in the cooler. :beer:

hmmmm... no paint is better but not good. I used a buffer but it still wont come out. when I have the hood and side aprons off I will maybe wetsand it all again. not sure. I need to get to your dads to blast those side skirts, when you going to be there again?

I was up at my cabin on friday so I did drive around for a while. I would like to go to spider lake soon, not sure if this weekend will work. I have been at moontower since last friday.. :-) I think I moved in for the rest of the summer. stop over I will be painting the garage tonight. bring whiskey! :)
 
you cant really see it too well in the picture... but it looks like hard water marks that will not come off.

Been following this thread just about since you started it. Last time I checked though was before all your motor trouble. Got caught up on it all today. Glad to see it is running well now.

I thought about tearing my cruiser down when I saw how clean yours (and 90 Weight's glad to see he is driving his now) is. Maybe in a few more years though. I've had my fill of car stress for a year or too at least. Built a '67 Camaro 10 years ago, last year finally got all the stuff corrected the body guy "fixed" back then last summer. So, given my history in 10 years I'll be ready for more car Hell and will be redoing the Camaro or the Cruiser.
