Should post up some pictures erin...

Will these pics be about drinking hard liquor, shooting guns and chasing girls?
Or some off topic subject, like FJ40 restoration?

Don't be a..................fun-hater!;)

i have been to posers shop many times, never seen him actually work on a truck :) we had tons of fun, wait till u see my fun parts i found in the parts shed!

I got a new heater... newer model... and a licence plate light, I got both of them blasted last night, dont know if I will get any paint on them tonight as we got lots of snow yesterday and my snowblower is a POS and had to fix that... so I am just hoping I can get the snow cleaned up tonight.... this week.. I promise... pics of the heater will be done, and hooked up...

I am way to pissed off at that POS to take an pics of it..... think I broke my foot when I kicked it.... I got it running again, took off carb and cleaned it... but it sounds like a model T ford.... so if you are into vintage it is way cool... :flipoff2:

just for you coolerman!! :flipoff2::flipoff2:

ok since I promised more pics before the end of the week, here I go...

Took gauge cluster apart and repainted to match heater, changed the gray color on glove box and ash tray also… did not take individual photos of them. You can see them in pics of heater.

Re did the hood latch and got that all hooked up.. used heat shrink plastic on the end so it does not get scratched up, did the same on the hood rod support.

Finally gave up on my old heater because I kept looking for the wrong piece… my old one looked like this,(pic #1 & #2) this is the piece I needed, however until I looked at trucks that were at Steve’s place. (He had not extra parts I could take.) I was looking for and bought this piece, an newer style heater part (pic #3) so when I was at Steve’s place I just grabbed a newer style heaters and started over, some of the stuff I had already done I could use on the newer style, so really I combined the two.

So blasted new heater, painted in and rebuild using combo of shane’s kit and some stuff I had, and had to reuse a few plastic bushings that were in good shape so no big deal. Forgot to take a good before pic… so here are a few s***ty ones…
