Did you repair wire and check for more rodent damage and repair any found. That's what I do first. Then clear DTC see what returns. If O2 DTC returns:
  1. Tune up. Air filter. Make sure no vacuum leaks, all spark plug tight or replace them. Clean throttle body.
  2. Run a full tank of gas with a fuel system cleaner. Such as: 44K (2 cans), Chevron Techron or Sea foam.
  3. Then perhaps a CAT cleaner like, Cataclean.
  4. Do some Italian burns, AKA High RPM run.
  5. R&R BK1 S2 (rear O2 drive side) if DTC returns. Either Toyota Denso, or Denso. Note: Many opt do both side at same time.

1- Air filter is new, no vacuum leaks that I can see. Spark plugs were replaced by previous owner not too long ago.
2- Did the fuel system cleaning
3- Haven't done that
4- Did that with #2
5- Guess I have to order a sensor or two.

Anyone have part numbers for that sensor? In fact I should probably go ahead and replace all four. Part numbers for all four please :)

Found all the Toyota part numbers:
89465-60290 RL
89465-60300 RR
89467-60020 FR
89467-71020 FL
It also looks like Rock Auto sells Denso for a lot cheaper. Should I just go with Denso or splurge on OEM?

I used Denso and haven’t had any issues.
Well poop, lol. Too late, ordered the OEM ones from Toyota of Decatur for $545.00 out the door for all four . Honestly the total difference was only $150.00 between OEM and Denso. Also there are four different part numbers from Toyota and only two from Denso.

I almost always use genuine Toyota/Lexus parts, but when it comes to air filters, O2 sensors, spark plugs, and coils I use Denso, and I have never had a problem with them.

Contacted dealer whom I bought it from, looks like they want to take care of the bill. Told them they sold me unsafe vehicle and the problem most probably was there before they "inspected" it and offered for sale. Someone must've reset those sensors to pass smog inspection.

Finally received all four sensors from Toyota of Decatur. Took me about an hour to replace them. Last one on the list was B1S1 which turned out to be a PITA. When I finally removed it I realized that it was probably cross threaded from the factory since both sensors on B1 were original Toyota (the other two from B2 were Denso). I was so glad that I bought the socket kit that also came with the tap that I used to re-thread/chase B1 hole. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CF8MJDF8?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1 Erased all code and drove around for 10 min., so far so good. Will start driving it next week to work before taking it on a long trips. Hopefully no more MIL.
