I'm not going to make it this year. Have fun, be safe, keep the greasey side down.

The kids and I are in for Friday thru Sunday. Should be able to head out as soon as I get off work Friday morning.

Looks like my brother may join me for one night. He will be in a Heep but don't hold that against him, it's all he knows.

Friday and Saturday. We typically leave 9 AM come back at noon for lunch and then back out. Night Wheeling is not allowed.

Time for rollcall.

Please reply how many in your party coming, when you plan to arrive, what the first meal you will be there for and if you want to join in community cooking or fend for yourself.

I will start.

Holloway, party of 4, arriving on Thursday afternoon, Thursday dinner, yes on food.

AND for those that forgot about it, chili weekend is this weekend, starting on Friday night in old town Lenexa. Rumor is that the bus may be moving again soon.

The tater-skies. Party of 4. We will be there Friday around 6 for dinner. Let us know what we need to bring for the community dinner(s) I also know Dwayne is coming with 1 maybe 2 guests. I'll ask him as well.

Also I have a projector I can bring so we can watch games/movies? Hooks up to iPad/iPhones. Let me know.

Rob/Leslie arriving Fri 7pm-ish. Fri dinner, in on group meals. Special request for Holloway tent service so we don't have to set up by flashlight and can enjoy the landing beacon that the bonfire will be by that time.;)

Dave & Mitch. Count us in on group grazing and will bring anything requested. We'll leave when Mitch gets home from school Thursday so we will roll in as soon as we can. Be happy to help set stuff up for folks arriving later.

Crowley's +1 (bringing neighbor along who is interested in getting a Cruiser). Be down Friday around 7:30ish PM, Friday dinner, in on group meals.

Would also like to get in on the early tent set up service is possible. Even if it's just to lay it out and save us a spot.

Just me on this trip. Arriving Friday about 6 pm, Friday dinner, in on group meals.

Sounds like most everyone is in for group cooking, so here is what we are thinking…. If you want out, just say the word.

Group cooking will begin on Friday night.

Rob and Peggy are making a couple huge batches of their award winning chili to share, so with the likely cooler weather, we will build our meals around the theory of flexibility and warmth.

For the most part these meals need many of the same accessories….. shredded cheese, cut onions, cut peppers, lettuce, etc. Sides can be anything from chips, fruit, veggies, whatever.

Friday night, potato bar, (Chili for covering potato).

Sat morning: breakfast burritos.

Sat Lunch: we will come back to camp.. hot dogs (chili cheese dog option)

Sat Dinner: Taco bar (chili available too) Holloway will bring seasonings.

Sunday we typically wake up pack up and eat on the road.

need:

Hot dogs, hamburger for taco bar, pork product for burritos. Hot dog buns, soft tortillas (2 meals), hard tacos, Salsa, plates, towels,

If you can post up what you can bring, I will try to update the list above, until we know what is covered.

Cheers,

3 lb Ground Beef
