I have been wanting to camp since last summer and I thought I can go camping this last fall but it did not happen due to work schedule and I don't know any safer place to camp in Virginia. I was planning to go camp at Northwest NSG but it was closed due to hunting season.
So if you know a safer place to camp or a real nice offroad park without bringing a piece of metal, then let's do it.
And we need to schedule and advertise that trip. So this trip coming up that Wes scheduled on 18 January is just a trip to OBX not to Corolla?

:whoops: Sorry, my bad. I was thinking of something else like the very southern tip of Hatteras Island. So when we go on January, what part of OBX are we going?
In Corolla, we can go back in the trails, because there is so much protected land, but anywhere else in the Outer Banks region, it is only beach driving (crowded and boring)
Highly recommend to meet at your house and from there we can convoy all the way to OBX Men!, I'm stoke just visualizing the rows of Cruisers driving on 168 We can do it like those Westerners do. Sure we don't have Pismo Beach or Moab but we have OBX
Is it okay with you gents, if a couple of guys at work would like to join us on our trip to OBX. One guy has a lifted 2006 Nissan Xterra and the other guys has a stock 2008 FJ Cruiser. Looks like they would like to "break-in" their rigs to find out their offroad capabilities and driver's skills. Well, we will see to that. I guess the more people show up, the merrier

Sounds good to me ... Remember my friend with the Lifted Land Rover? Well, he bought a Heep as a trail rig, and he will be joining us also ... I know not an FJ or an Xterra, but whatev .... He will be coming ...
