These were all the rage in the 90s and I always heard good things.
I've been a bit of a goodwill whore recently a have been seeing these regularly for almost free. I'm tempted to give them a whirl but don't know much about them.
I usually cook for one and like to cook 1-3 servings, preferably in one pot. The plus side is I can cook more cheaply without any extra work. My preferred method of cooking is to come up with a basic idea and add stuff until it tastes right. Can't do that with a pressure cooker. So I may have to ( gasp) follow recipes.
What say the mud chefs? Any experience with these? Any good sources for recipes tricks and instructions?
