LT, I just got my sliders from Mark right before GSMTR last week and I love them. Can you put me on the list to notify when the bumper is available? Do you have an expected date? Next month, next winter, next year? Thanks in advance.

Sid

We are looking at having a small production run of them by early June sometime. Currently doing the CAD work to have the laser cut and forming done on the main shell portion of the bumper. I will be making a couple different tube versions when we get the shells back to see what works best.

PM me your name again and I'll start a waiting list with people's name and contact information. I'll contact everyone that is interested in the bumper when they are ready to be sold.

Okay here are some spy photos. Things still might change but this is the basic concept of the bumper.

Negative, a winch like the Warn 9.5 XP will work but nothing bigger than that or with the solenoid built into the winch.

Even if you place the solenoid box apart ( like inside the engine room . ? )

Looks good

But sucks to have to design around that stupid AC dryer. BTW, what do you think of the 9.0Rc vs. the 9.5 in terms of fitment? Your design sits out about exactly as far as mine, good to see the 9.5 tuck in there.

Bring those side wings in so they tuck under the lines of the flareless body. When you need this type of bumper you also need to lose your flares :grinpimp:

I think if you pull it in about 2" on each side you'll have a really killer look. Side wings like this:

As much as I want to tuck the lower wing supports up as much as possible it is not reasonable to make everyone re-locate their a/c canister just to run our bumper. So the lower wing supports needs to sit low like they do to protect the a/c canister. I might raise the bend up some more but otherwise it will stay the same.

The wings stick out like they do for flex when the tubing is up against an object. It is kind of a safety margin built into the bumper so it doesn't damage the body when flexing inwards.

I haven't seen the 9.0rc in person so I don't know how it would fit inside the bumper. If it is the same size or smaller than the 9.5xp than it will have no problem.
