Metal Window Gear Update

Earlier I began to try to fabricate metal gears for the rear window. I am very close to getting them made, however there are two major obstacles which I don't think I can overcome. The first is that the end of the semester is rapidly approaching, and time to spare on this is dwindling. The second obstacle is trying to get the CAM package to post to NC, which hasn't worked for a while. Basically, the computer program is being a PITA and not telling the wire EDM what to do. I'll keep plugging away as much as I can, and let you know the eventual outcome. I will let you all know in 2 weeks whether or not it is successful, and Eric, I'll send your gear back when I get yours made, or when I've exhausted all options and/or time. I really want to get this to work, I'm doing all that I can. Thanks for your patience!!

Brian, not a big deal. I really liked Charles's out of Brass, but money and timeing are always an issue. Either way I will be good with my plastic gear as need be. Most importent was that you had a model of the updated gear. Hope it works out...but don't stress on it. SCHOOL FIRST ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
