Check into organizing your own shipping and have them picked up at MT. It might save you some beer money or maybe more. Shop around and check LTL rates with YRC or RL or others that service the lane between MT and your city: if there is a terminal convenient to you, check the
“dock-to-terminal” rate which can save you $, $$ and go pick them up at the transfer terminal.

Get the dimensions and weight including the pallet then go to YRC.com, click the SHIP tab and select RATE QUOTE, continue as GUEST,
Ship date- use a date 2-4 days ahead of todays date
Ship to consignee
Ship from: commercial with forklift and dock
Ship to: Pick up at terminal
Handling Unit: skid- enter dims and weight
Service options: choose STANDARD DELIVERY
Keep in mind that LTL rates go up and down week to week depending on market demand, seasonality etc. Comparing rates to what others paid 2 months ago or a year ago isn't helpful for todays market.
