Hey guy

I need a bit of advise about my injector pump...

I changed the fuel cut soleniod a couple days ago. When i pulled it out there was a filter underneath that was full of metal shavings. I cleaned out all of the metal, put the solenoid back and went for a drive and it went great! Goes better then it ever has, i actually went from 22psi to 24psi manifold preasure, without adjusting anything. Heaps of fuel available!
I was a bit worried when i saw all the metal. But if it is still delivering fuel at that rate, it couldn't be too damaged??

Post up in the diesel section for more eyes of other diesel owners.

Metal shavings don't just happen, damage has occurred...

Hey bro, same exact issue currently on my 70 series Land Cruiser. Did you ever solve it?

Your ACSD is pooched!
Most likely culprit.
