i didn't use 4wd that much up at mtn est anyway...only put it in low on that one hillclimb, and only put it in 4wd in those ruts and in the two big mudholes....

figure i can test out the driver skill (or lack thereof) ha ha, or probably just park it and ride....

I was so excited thought I was gonna get to test my driver skill but now the cruiser just runs and doesnt move instead of the no running or moving. So maybe I wont get to test it.

With enough momentum/speed you don't even need 4wd................. but I got a tow strap and I am used to having to rescue the less skilled out there :flipoff2:

I was wondering if I could park and ride. I'd like to break in the 62, but I honestly don't know if she is up for it. If I can get a couple of you guys to access what my wagon would be up for, that would help me out a sh*t ton. So, 1 o'clock at auntie Sue’s? Are there any directions posted up? oh and I still can't post pictures from my computer

WTF is going on? Is this website related or just my ignorance?

well if you can get to 178 in pickens take it north for about 10 miles and you will come to a four-way stop. Take a right and that will be highway 11 stay one that about 6 or 7 miles and Anut Sues will be on your left, it is a couple of log cabing buildings, it would be hard to miss it, there isn't much up that way........

Maybe david can post up more specific directions.

We can look your cruiser over no problem, but if it can make the ride up to Anut Sues it can make this trail ride, we take stock vehicles on it all the time, so you should be fine.......

yeah we can take a look at it for you. Pickens isn't too bad, i got my rig out there on 31" street tires, but don't expect to drive away without a scratch or even a little carnage....i haven't yet. If you're not up to it, i will probably have room.

i hope its not wet, ih8mud....

Yep that is the one............ good food, friends, and lovely scenery, oh and somewheeling near by can't beat it for an early spring afternoon..........

Gehn, you, chuck, and I have to make it to the top of the hill this time, especially if it isn't wet.............it's been a long time since one of us made it up and I want to see whats over the next hill, time for adventure. you up for it.....

I need to be careful until i get my shims installed...my front drive shaft is rubbing under flex since my castor is all fawked....

Whats everyone doing tomorrow (thur) afternoon. Because I might be needing to drop the tranny and t-case a lot of people seem to think my clutch isnt working right. So I have a few diagnostic things to try and then it might be on to pulling it off. So if anyone wants to help I will probably bee needing it. Otherwise I doubt the piggy will be squeeling at the meeting.

Oh and about the 55 not getting power to the wheels......before you pull the clutch, make sure the t-case is in gear......

hmmmmmmmmm............. I have been through 3 engines, pulling and installing the engine/tranny/ t-case everytime and you have the nerve to even suggest such an obvious solution......... now wait hold on the t-case has a gear????? :flipoff2:

For everyone that has said check that its in gear I really want to kick each one in the balls. That was the first thing we checked and I've gotten it about 10 times now anyway. But its all good I hope it really does turn out to be that simple.
