Manifold hot air riser ?? 2F

Looking for a exhaust mainfold stove .... What have people used... this is the light weight exhaust manifold cover the connects to the hot air tube .. are there aftermarket kits or ????

passed smog.... failed visual = sTuPid...... but its Cali..... we are saving the world for the rest of you all

Gonna be tough to find one in good to usable condition. I've seen people pass with just punching two holes in the flex pipe that leads to the Air Clean Hot air intake snout and wiring the other end to the exhaust manifold with some bailing wire. That's all you need to show. It's a visual so wide discretion for the tech.

I've also seen DIY ones made from thin sheet aluminum or steel and a 2" 90 degree exhaust fitting. Doesn't have to be pretty. But they will fail you with the HAI tube missing. The law says nothing about the insulator.

I have one in really good shape that I would sell. Honestly it's probably the best one I've personally laid eyes on.

Maybe a group of you California folks should pool money and buy it, then trade it around for whoever needs to go get their smog test done haha.
