Alright, so what's everyone bringing? The potluck will be at 730PM on Saturday August 25th, 2012.

Please post up so we don't all bring the same thing.

I'll start by contributing a Marinated Tri-Tip.

SOCALFJ - Tri Tip
Brentbba - Apple Cobbler
Dan2722 - Potato Salad
Socal80 - Tri Tip/Smoker
VCCruzr - Pasta Salad
Bluetribal - Tacos
Grizzley - Grilled Veggies


ALSO: PLEASE BRING ONE BUNDLE OF FIREWOOD. I just checked with the USFS site and it looks like even with fire restrictions for summer, we are allowed at this time to have a fire/grills/stoves in the developed group site.

I've got dessert covered with a dutch oven apple cobbler...from scratch...no box mix here, and fresh apples too!

I'll bring my tub fire pit to contain sparks, etc. and a good size load of firewood since I can get it free of charge.
 
I will bring the smoker and do a tritip. Noticed there was a brewery in Alpine. Perhaps someone coming up later in the day could swing by????? :)
 
I will bring a pasta salad, a goooood one!

If you want to bring a bundle of firewood, that's great. But, absolutely do NOT buy any. I have an unlimited supply at my cabin. Just need help loading and hauling over to the group campsite.

I also have a pretty large free supply and will load up my roof rack too!

There's a comedian in every crowd! :p I was hoping your post was going to say that you'd be out here and wanted shotgun and a place to sleep. Oh well. Hope all is well in Hotlanta. :cheers:
 
Give me a list of supplies/utensils/drinks/etc that are still needed. I am 90% sure I can make it, but won't be bringing any main dish type stuff. If plans fall though I will give as much notice as possible.

Whatever you can supply would be great. Plasticware always works great in the field for something like this. Thank you.


We are still missing a few people that signed up on the original location thread from the Potluck. Please chime in guys.

Was thinking the same thing...Actually looking at some dirt routes from our campsite to the highway...Maybe a lunch run on Satruday and get some growlers filled!:grinpimp:
