I'll be passing this one off to the wife so that when we get another cruiser we can do one of these spots.

What road was your site off of? I scanned the write-up so I probably missed it. That camp seemed quite a bit larger than the one I passed on 3N12.

Oh and we saw a deer while driving down Polique Canyon Rd.

3n06A ----- Not anywhere near Big Bear.

It was a large site you could probably fit 4-5 rigs there. The fire pit you could probably roast a pig in. It's a great site, we're totally going back.

I love that camp spot. 3N06A is one of our Adopt-A-Trails. I spent about 30 minutes last year digging out that very fire pit, and stacking rocks. The view is very spectaculer. If you keep going all the way up there is an old mining camp at the end.
