Hey all, the roof trim above my driver and front passenger doors have been popped up since I have owned the truck. This doesn't cause any leaks or wind noise, but I would like to fix this. Has anyone solved this in the past? What did you use?

I had a recommendation from a friend to use the following glue to just glue it back down? Does anyone see an issue with this?

Thanks in advanced!

I don't know what the best fix is there but I wouldn't use some sort of construction adhesive. I don't know much about that product but it might dry like rock hard and be a pain if you need to remove it in the future

I also don't think that trim waterproofs anything but I could be wrong. I think water just flows down and out below it. Someone smarter than me may chime in cuz I don't know for sure.

Mine is loaded with pine needles and crap I can't really get out, it's annoying.

For future reference this is the good stuff for waterproofing with the ability to remove in the future if needed
