Is there a fuse for the AHC that could be blown?

I’m not sure as the rest of the entire system seems to be working perfectly. It goes up and down, self levels, and has 13 graduations with the new globesIs there a fuse for the AHC that could be blown?
Are the control valve assembly gates positioned inside the shock absorbers?Sounds like either control valve assembly gate valves both closed. Which I suppose could be mechanical. But I'd think electrical more likely.
Or
Damping force control actuators, all 4 in max pressure setting. This could be a fault (short) in command to them.
So assuming good globes, pressures near spec., sensors working properly and at or near factory setting. I'd guess electrical.
Tech stream has utility where in, you can run test.
