I can increase the opening to 4" so the 3.5" lights should be fine.

No, but this was 5 years ago. I will check and get measurements and let you know. I can say the opening was a bit over 3.5"

Confirmed those Rugged Ridge were 3.5" Also, he said they seem to not be good quality.
I made a few optional designs. I really don't like how the smaller hexagon look, but I an make it. There are other designs i can make, I just wanted to show these to start off with. Emblems (shown below each grille) are cut from the same 12 gauge steel and can be attached with emblem tape. LEXUS spelled out is the same font as the big TOYOTA font seen on the 70 series and others. I am liking the slotted one myself.

Slotted looks sharp! I’m torn between logo or lettering!

I like the bottom one here most.
Have you thought about making the 2-piece center grill to fit standard headlights (or is that even possible?) I've got stock headlight housings with a MicroD2S retro fit, so I'm covered on the lighting front.

Why must you bring this back when I am in a middle of an audio upgrade?? So much want. I hope you solidify LX conversions and get a steady stream of customers to keep this afloat. Even at $1200, it is still a value because LC front end conversion can get a lot more expensive than that.
The bottom one looks nice. I like the angled bars. And this will fit both ‘Lexus’ and ‘L’ emblem.

Ok, if I can get the final design choices form you all, then I can submit the order to the laser shop on Monday.
This has spiraled out of control. Bought in on the original concept, but having seen the other options, not sure I even like the original design now.
And, without seeing one, or all of the others actually take shape, it's impossible to commit.

I think I like the bottom design but would like to see Lexus logo and lettering to compare the 2.

I added the LEXUS emblem to the angled designs. I prefer the top one because all of the sections are equal.

The laser cutting order has been processed. I am having a variety of options cut, so hopefully everyone will be happy with something. If not, I can have a different face made. Once I build a couple, then we can all look at the real thing finally.
