I'm picking up a cruiser in Louisville and bringing it home. Space on trailer / truck for small parts/motors, etc. The things would need to be brought to us or you shall compensate the mileage and time. The parts or whatever would be brought to Alexandria, La.

Leaving at midnight tonight for Louisville (5-14-08)

"Front 40 bumper fits a warn 8274 came on the 78 a good knock around bumper if someone needed it or the metal." Hopefully if I bring this to my brothers house and leave it with his 69 he might get the hint to get it back on the road. If thats cool let me know Thanks

Hey amigo, I have a set of four that are in pretty decent shape. They were the stock factory steel wheels off of my FJ62. I don't really know what they are worth, but I think that $100.plus shipping should do the trick. I live in Northern Virginia in the 22309 area if you want to check the shipping price.

Chuck

Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks for the offer Chuck but I just took these from a friend as they were free and figured they'd be good for some roll around rims and tires for moving the cruisers around the shop. Only problem is they are off a chevy and when I needed them they didn't fit so I have no need for them. I really don't care to invest anything for a set to sit around the shop and use occasionally but if someone were giving a set away locally I'd surely pick them up for the same reason. :)

Thanks man, when I drop off the bumper we can look at his front tow bar and how it is attached to the factory bumper and take it off to copy the pattern also.

That sounds great thanks Albert. :)

Wanted: Grey/Silver 1997-1999 Land Cruiser with under 150,000 miles. It doesn't have to have any Mods. I Will travel up to 300 miles. Looks like as gas prices go up, these are going down in price. My current daily driver needs work and I am tired of parking it 7 feet from salt water.

-Driver / passenger doors ( great for half doors )
- some interior parts
- one rusted out bed and tail gate
-gas tank
-A/C compressor with hose
-looks like the wiring harness is there
- some tail lights , front marker lights
- (2) 38" Buckshot mudders on steel rims almost bald hold air fine
Make offer no money just something to eat or drink for supper :)

Albert, do I read this right and all your are missing to have the front half of a 93 ex cab is the fenders, grill, and radiator suport?

Blueberry is sweet, but she is slightly out of my league by $15,000.

The 97 Ani. guy won't respond to me. I guess I low balled him.

The last one is nice but I am looking for grey in a 100 series, like Cole's I think. And the gun metal color for the 80 series, like the Anniversary edition and not two toned. I think my post of grey/silver was not well put. Thanks for looking. Maybe if the price of gas goes up to $5.00 a gallon the cruiser prices will go down. Wait, if gas is $5.00 a gallon I may be out of a job....

Yes that is correct but no engine, inner fender wells, transmission,t-case,drive shafts, linkages.

Ok then I have been wanting to try something for a while. I will probably go pick up the cab, doors, and hood from you when I come in.

I am sure it will put me in the dog house but oh well ^_^

Isaac, thanks for the timely post about how to shift with no clutch! I was a couple of blocks from the house yesterday, trying to setermine if the 4wd was working, and the clutch started feeling spongy and then crapped out. I remembered what you wote and made it home! Thanks.

Good thing is I had called Musson earlier in the morning and ordered a slave. $50 and supposed to be in today.

I am looking to spend around 8 to 12k. The mileage shouldn't be over 150,000. I would rather an 80 series but if I had a V8 I wouldn't complain. This is really just a commuter vehicle and I just like the reliability of a Land Cruiser. Thanks for looking.

Thanks Marty.

Isaac you can always park your fj at my house:steer:
Thanks but she has a home in the garage.

Cool deal. I know it probably sounded like you were going to tear the gear box up but they are bullet proof. If you would have read the maintenance thread none of this would have happened.LOL It took me 14 years to figure it out. Sometimes it takes me a while to catch on. :hillbilly:
