Working on replacing suspension bushings with new ones from Ironman. I thought they slid right in to the front and rear panhard because I had them in the freezer, and they would expand and be fine. Bolt is torqued to 130 ftlb, but still has slop. Prepping for a big drive from GA to Moab in a couple weeks, guess I’m really just wanting to know how big of a problem this is? Side with the captive nut doesn’t have play like this

Your axle would be able to shift, slightly I would think, might cause death wobble? I would at least stack some washers in there and make it tight.

That actually doesn’t sound like a bad option. I feel like worst case it gives me some peace of mind. Thank you 🫡

Replace with OEM because any slop in these bushings can result with death wobble. I once installed poly bushings in the panhard and when they degraded serious death wobble set in.

I would prob check with whoever you bought it from and verify correct application, if so return it. Oem as stated, or I have front adjustable from slee and it fits as oem.

Definite potential for death wobbles
Probably not gonna lose the front axle

Depending on how you feel about death wobbles, order oem parts to change them asap, and do your trip if they don't come in time
Thankfully no death wobble yet, and I’ve been driving around 90mi round trip for work each day. Ordered oem bushings last week, and as long as they get here before the 27th all will be good. Doing a 6 month stint with the cons. Corp out there so will have to make the drive whether they make it in time or not unfortunately.
