Sorry, one that fits an OEM blank.
That one actually does fit a non-US blank to the right of the column. So instead of four switch spots, you get the locker switch and two rectangular switches. I sourced one out of the UAE. ‘“May” have a spare switch bezel available, no switch

To be clearer I have 5 new switches to be installed. Perhaps one of the OEM switches can be removed (the power hatch) but I'd like to keep the rest without needing to install one of those fancy solid state panels. So I'm looking for a 2-in-1 option.

I’m switching mine off a Bluetooth relay under the hood. Not ideal as the software is state full, so you have to remember to switch it off. It is very easy install as you don’t need to go thru the firewall.
Sadly there is not even a light blank in the US 200 cluster that can be added to show locked. Non us models have a light blank.
Have you looked at the generic spod a likes? Can get 6 positions I think for around $100.
