Congrats! You are going to love it.

Per Toyota chief Engineer these vehicles are engineered to last 25 years in a 3rd world country. If maintenance by the book drive train should be good for over 500k miles +. There is a Tundra that did over 1000000 miles. Yes along the way you will have to replace water pumps, starters, etc.
Thanks for a he helpful NFL!

Another word of advice, for service be cautious of The dealer. They charge double+ of what dealers in the lower 48 charge (AK tax...) and their work has been iffy: they stripped out my oil pan, “lost” some of my skid guards then denied it, one time I’m fairly sure they forgot to put oil back in after an oil change. Now that they also bought the Mercedes dealer their service has gone from good to terrible. So bad multiple times I won’t ever go back there which is a shame because they did a great job when Cal owned it for decades.

I’m super busy right now and went to Kendall and was quoted $2200 for the 60k service. I then called Seattle just to price shop $1050. I use specialized imports when I don’t have time to do the PM my self, the only problem with them is anything other than an oil change can take a few days, but then we have an extra car so dosnt really matter to me.

190,000. Louisiana weather. When not on the road in garage.

There are some folks with 250k+ on their LCs around here.

On the 100 I met a guy from Indiana that had ~450k on his. Transmission was just starting to slip a bit, the first big issue. There's another 100-series owner on mud from the Netherlands who had 870k miles on his (yes miles, not kilometers)... IIRC he said he had to rebuild the transmission around 500k but everything else was original save for normal maintenance.

All told I'd expect a well maintained LX to go 300-400k, save for the known items (starter, water pump, and radiator, brakes)

Typical Alaska..... I negotiated them completing the 60k service since it was not done as part of the purchase. Just had it there for an oil change and full diff (F/C/R) service. It’s going back for the AHC service since they were out of the fluid sometime next week.

After that, I have 2 more free oil changes. Luckily, there are not too many maintenance items until about 120k. I’ll likely be out of state when that happens.....

no pictures? Come on we are a visual bunch here
