This showed up at the Petaluma Swap meet last weekend. The owner got it in 1982. Only recently was it restored. Said he used to haul family and friends. Sweet!!

Beautiful Pig! Fang, did you perchance see what that other emblem says, the one just left of the Landcruiser emblem. That does not look stock. Is that what the Pueblo Brown paint looks like when new?

That's a side marker light.
I heard the color is "Persimmon"

Now that I look closer, yes, the Toyota amblem. The Toy tag on my 75 is much smaller so it through me off a bit.

Ah...The side emblem on your '75 is a one-piece plastic part. Earlier they were 2-pieces and made of (pot) metal.

Beautiful piggie

That is one gorgeous piggy. I thought orange was available only in the 72 and 73 model years, is that correct? There's an orange and white 55 here in PA, in Dubois, that is almost as nice as this one. Stays in the owner's basement, used to be a regular in the annual truck show atBloomsburg.

To me orange and white is a fine color combo for a 55. Gary S

I thought I heard the owner say it is Pumpkin/153. It isn't the original color of that truck. It was so silky it looked like a creamsicle and made me want to lick the hood. The owner was not amused.

I thought it was called Pollock Orange (sp?)

Pollux Orange and Pumpkin Orange are synonymous, to the best of my knowledge....

A buddy of mine is restoring a '74 that is this color from the factory....can't wait to see it!

Nope, definitely not the Pueblo....we thought it was at one point, but no....it is the Pumpkin/Pollux. I think my buddy's rig is an early '74....maybe one of the last to get the color.

All the info I show says that Pollux only went through '73 also, but there is no way that his rig is Pueblo....
