Well, the tub is about ready for media blasting. Anyone know of a good local place to do it? Or does anyone have an idea how to do it yourself and not go insane?

Eagle Auto Stripping did some work for me a few years ago. Was reasonable and fast. They are on K32, I believe.

They're just down the road from me - they've got a good reputation, but I've never personally dealt with them.
They did a bumper for me last winter, nice work.

I called eagle, and the main guy was gone, I need to call back monday and talk to Mark, but the guy said it would be about $1,500 for the entire car. I tried to explain what I have, and did not get anywhere.
Sounds like it's time to see how long it will take to do out back. I need to research what to use. I have heard baking powder, but where do I buy 5 gallon buckets of that?

It cost me less than that to do a complete Cuda body. Either it went up by an enormous amount, or he had no idea what you were talking about.

Kelly, if you want to do this yourself and need a "Monster" compressor to use holler.. Mine can keep up with 2 DA's running at the same time all day. We can use the engine lift to get it in your truck. need a 220 outlet to run it tho. Yours to borrow if needed. it's at the old house right now as is the engine hoist about 4 min from my new house.
