Hi guys,

I have a 1990 lj78 which is coding as soon as I get above idle, I am getting a code 11, anyone got any ideas, the truck is a standard

Is the truck running properly in spite of the code? Or does it stop the engine? I believe a couple of those close the fuel valve if they read the wrong position. Thus keeping the truck from starting in gear ect.
I believe that is the park sensor. Seems as though 3 things were tied into that code. Maybe parking brake, Park/Neutral switch and seems like A/C. No idea why A/C sensor is tied in there.
Give us a few more details.

The manual LJ78 doesn't have a neutral safety or clutch safety switch, so it is possible to start in gear if one isn't careful.

It runs fine with only a little white smoke when it first starts, it does accelerate very slowly though and a top speed of 45km/h is as about as much as I get out of it. Like I say is a manual so no neutral switch to worry about.
