I'm getting this 79K mile '90 LJ78 turbo diesel delivered today. There is a station in town with B30 diesel. Would using that cause any problems? This might depend on a precombustion chamber. Does this engine have that? Thank you for reading and especially a response!

These will run on any diesel. The 2L engines are indirect injection, so it will have a pre combustion chamber.
I would buy 2 OEM fuel filters. Replace it once after the first half tank, and the second one after 3-5 tanks of fuel. After that, I wouldn't even think about it.
