light wiring help

OK so I want to wire my lights up onto my front bumper. Sticker on back says earth, middle tab says load and bottom says supply!

So battery to supply. Load to lights. Earth is ground. Lights have two wires. Also I know I need a fusible link btw power and lights. Also wires from lights are black and white. Black should be power. Is white ground?

You will make out best if you use a relay. I posted about this awhile back but still haven't done it myself. The simple things of wiring always throw me for a loop.

Well i do not have any stranded wire laying around. Guess a trip to radioshack is in order!

Well $35 later I got wire, fusible link, connectors and relay. Stupid fusible link will not take regular size fuse. Guessing it takes the mini fuse style.

Got the lights mounted and wired up half way to the relay. Will finish tommorow.
