I would look for hidden rust. That bubble under fresh paint would scare me. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't have cooling issues, and I am not a big fan of the 3 speed tran. But that's just my opinion. If it was rust free, I would pay that, but I would probably offer like $5500.

Looks good to me. Probably needs to be inspected first. But the underside looks clean and at least the paint job was done with some care.
 
Paint looks good but I was wondering about whats underneath too. I personally am not a fan of the 350 swap but my neighbors likes the idea of the V8. I know neither of us will be able to make it before the auction ends so I may email the seller and see if my neighbors bids and is unsatisfied when we go to pick it up if he can just pay the seller the relisting fees and maybe a few $ for his trouble.
 
Steven, are you starting a collection? Is Poe's gonna become the new cruiser hangout by default?

Too bad - like Marshall said, the paint doesn't look that bad at all. Might have been a good deal - and it had the highly desirable one piece lower dash pad ;-)
