I did not want to deal with heat sinks and extra wiring on my 460, especially since there is a low beam housing end cap. So the Alla's I usually buy were a no-go. So I bought these, no heat sinks and no extra wiring and they also fit perfectly well in the low beams with no clearance issues.

Here's a picture of a pitch black country road. Pics don't do it justice how much light output these have, especially the high beams!

Here's couple of pics on the highway. Sorry for the blur.

Wow! Quite an improvement!
Have you had a chance to try on some twisty back roads or highways?
With the factory lights, I feel like I'm "out running" my lights. Your new lights look like you'd have to be traveling pretty darn fast to our run these lights.

No twisty back roads yet, but I do wanna try it. Note, I was doing about 80mph in those highway pics if that helps you.

Even at 80, you still looked like you had the lights throwing out far enough to brake in time for an emergency, say a wondering animal??

Thanks for the recommendation, I gave these a try tonight and think they’ll do the trick for me. Good white light, bright, reflect stuff way further down the road that my standard low beams did and all for a good price.

I swapped over my seals from my old H11 bulbs and they fit right in, no hassle.

Oh man that's great to hear. Looks like a wall of light. Haha. It's going to be a trip when I put the same Auxito set in my fog lights too. I assume they are also H11 according to my brief research.

Indeed! Yep, the fogs are H11 as well.

If my high beams hasn’t cost me a measly $2.81 last week, I’d consider changing them. this setup is already very good compared to some aftermarket junk that came in my rig. Now I just need to buff and polish the headlights properly to get some clarity back in the lenses for a bit extra improvement.

^ This. My 460's lenses and one of the headlight lenses and foglight lenses in the 470 needs polishing... Any idea what a body shop would charge to do that and add a couple layers of clear? Haha... We really need quality aftermarket headlight options for both GX's.

Try a palm sander (the electric vibrating type). instead of sand paper use a shop rag (or whatever) and some toothpaste. That should work.
Try a small area first.

Do these still work as DRLs? Also, they don't appear to be able to rotate. I understood that LEDs need to be rotated once in the housing to get the best beam pattern.

Dunno, I turned off DRLs. Maybe someone else can chime in..?

If they’re not horrible, then I usually DIY with this kit. It works wonders and the clear coat spray they include is the longest lasting stuff I’ve tried out of all the kits, I think because it’s actually a clear coat or paint and not just a final polish that last maybe 6 months.

If they’re bad (like my passenger side is currently) then I have my buddies shop do it, they can do a lot better job than I care to on the rough stuff. In the , I’ve paid anywhere from $40, $60 and $100 or so, depending on how bad they were and what else I had them do.

I went ahead and got the Auxito high beams and some yellow LED fogs and just installed them today, will try them out this weekend.

Passenger side (or left in the pic) is just LED fog lights with my yellow lamin-x film cover. Right is with actual yellow LEDs installed.

I don’t believe they’ll rotate. I just run with my low beams and fogs on 24/7, so couldn’t comment on the DRL functionality but I can try that this weekend and let you know. How would they not work, they’d flash/blink or something right? **Update** they seem to work as DRL, if I really stared at them, they seemed to have a super fast slight cut out, but I don’t think I’d notice it without really looking.

My Auxito high beam bulbs look like this in their housing “( \ )-grill-( / )” with the LEDs on the sides of the slashes.

Wow! quite an improvement, at least in the photos.
Can you really see the difference?

A definite improvement from where I started, but keep in mind when I bought my GX, someone had already swapped all different weird blue and led bulbs in all these spots, so my opinion of improvement is from a random start point and not standard.

As someone who went from stock halogen to these in both the 470 and 460 I see a substantial difference horizontally and a good sized difference forward. It’ll illuminate signs with reflectors on them very very far away. Plus the high beams easily are twice as good if not more so better.
