Brand new 9 inch off-road lights with wiring harness; never used harness nor lights.

What are the specs on these? Watts, color temp, ect. Also what town are you in? I'm in Dawsonville.
 
Hi....I'm located in Dahlonega. They're a Chinese off brand. I purchased the harness separately for them. 96W each...6500K cool white.....50K hour life span.
