I can only find R13 - HEADLIGHT (HEAD) - Does this relay control both low and high beams?

Per the EWD, there is a "dimmer" relay that controls the high beams. It is near the "head" relay, which only controls the low beams. Both are in the LH fuse box near battery.
The highs and lows are also fused separately; see fuses in upper left corner of image.
