Yep, same show, 70 series and 80 seriesThis from same show?
Spotted this on Law Order rerun. Season 1 episode 13. First shown January 15 1991.
Did not mention Toyota or see any sign of a Toyota sign but sure looked like it was filmed in a Toyota dealership. Suppose to be in New York city but have a feeling it was filmed in Canada.

The red sports car looks like a Mitsubishi 3000GT. The lettering on the wall behind them in the first picture "Tredia" is an older Mitsubishi.

It is a 1984 BJ60. My friend built that 60. The car agent for this movie is a Toyota guy. He has a 4runner. He sourced Toyota to be in the movie. They rented the 60 for a few weeks to film the movie.Watched the Netflix movie "How it Ends" Saturday. There's a 60 series (never moves) parked near the cabin at the end of the movie. Hey it's worth a mention.![]()
Abigail, I just saw this just now on TV! Anyway, it's an FJ40 in the end of the Expedia "lemons" commercial. Appears to be a later model 81-83 because of the white wheels. Appears to be a RHD only because the B post is blocking that side and it seems pretty clear there is no one on the left. You can hear the motor sound too. Any opinions on the motor sound; gas or diesel?
