Hi everyone,

I have a coolant leak on the big core plug at the back of the block between the motor and the bulkhead, not much room there to do anything lol.

I did already change all of the others last year and knew this day would come, would you suggest pulling the motor or just jack up the body about 7 inches and blocks of wood between the body and frame mounts and access the back of the motor through the transmission tunnel inside the truck?

I have all 4 of the rear ones, original toyota.

Where I am now I have no engine hoist but could hire one lol

Thanks

Maybe consider pulling the engine and taking the opportunity to do the Clutch, Spigot Bearing, Rear Main Seal and Thrust Bearing at the same time. Zip her all back up and relax for 15 years.

I'd love to, but once I start I cant stop haha, I will eventually do a full restoration on it, when is the question! haha

Thank you!
