Hi guys My Land Cruiser 1995 1fz fe is having power loss issue when i go up hill or car gets hot normal temperature i press the throttle till 90% but night happens no missfire no jerk just car going with 10% power only when i let it cool its good for 10-20 mins only mechanics said me ect sensor I changed everything still my car is having issue

I changed ect sensor car was ok but after 3 days issue started again i changed sensor car was fine again issue i have changed everything but still issue i am mentioning what i changed

Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Injector
Plugs
Distributor cap
Ignition coil
IAC sensor
TPS sensor

Cleaned:
Air filter
Throttle body
Maf sensor
Intake manifold
 
Sorry I forgot to add i press throttle till 90% nothing happens rpm also does not go up remains 1500-16000 when i press 100% then car power comes and runs but again power becomes low i have changed 4 ect sensors they work for 2-3 days and issue comes back in car
 
check TPS ? from what I read people say about the ECT that it needs to be OEM .
Tps is also good and ect is oem its used as new is not available I brought 4 used ect
Is there anything else I should see?
Anything else which depend on ect or something?
 
Pigtails are in good shape ? I would inspect wiring to make sure ECT signal get where it should
 
Among the strange things I have encountered that result in dramatic power loss without misfire is a baffle coming loose in the muller and occasionally getting blown around and covering the exhaust outlet. When you shut the engine off, it would fall down and the problem go away until it jumped up and blocked the outlet again. The key to finding it was getting out with the engine still running and noticing very little exhaust flow.
 
your Catalytic converters may be clogged. I installed a turbo and mine did the same.

Sir if i rev in dust or somewhere i can see exhaust is fully clear it doesn’t look like blocked but i will check again
 
when cleaning the throttle body did you remove it to do so?
reason i ask is to ensure you have routed the kickdown cable correctly as per below image upon reinstallation

This power issue becomes more worse when car is hot when cold its little better but not ok 10-20% better from hot

Sir OBD1 system is not working
I think the wirring is altered when i jump terminals
Od light flashes quickly and when i jump other pins cruise light flashes tells cruise code 13
Engine check remains on
If we see cruise code in engine side then i think its rpm signal but not confirmed so i didn’t touched anything. Other issue i noticed when i start car the car cranks little long sometimes and like missing but only while starting after start no missing this starting issue is in hot and cold both temperatures
 
Can anyone give me Wirring diagram i will put a external wire from ecu to ect and check car because i install ect sensor car runs perfectly 3/6 days then issue again comes back then new sensor install then runs ok
Please guide me about this
