Is that from Kaipoira power? How much?

Yes, it is.
He is charging $200 for the 2.5” and $250 for the 3”, with $85 in shipping to Colorado. This is in NZ currency though, so cheaper than what I was thinking. Can’t remember what my final US cost was - have to look up.

Did you go 2.5 or 3 inch?

I went with the 3” pipe. This along with the exhaust is most likely getting installed towards the end of the week.
(Ran into some snags that delayed the project)
Thanks for the update Lenny. I have sent an email to 'enquiries at kaiapoirepowers.co.nz' to buy a 3 inch dump pipe for my KZJ78 but have not received a response yet. Did you call them or is there another email address I should be using?
Cheers,
Bruce.

It sounds strange, but I sent them a personal message on their FaceBook site and that is how all communications went after that.

They were very easy to work with - just have to remember the time difference.

Bummer - I'm going to have to login to Facebook after managing to stay away for a year!

So I got the Prado back from having the 3” dump pipe and 3” exhaust installed and I have to tell you - it is a pretty good improvement. She has a lot more pep, especially in the low end, and just doesn’t seem to struggle on the hills as much.
It isn’t cheap, but I am really happy with the improvement in performance - not to mention what it will do to my EGTs

Great to hear - I am but a few days behind. My downpipe is sitting in Customs and the exhaust shop is on standby!

Look what arrived in the post!
