Looks great! What did you decide to do under the hood/firewall/fender wells and inside door jambs?

under the hood and door jambs are done in new color, fender wells are black coated.

What did you decide to do with windows? Remove or tape off? If removed did you find any rust under windshield or rear window gasket? And if yes was it repaired then painted?
I’m dealing with this currently. Had to weld in patch that was behind windshield gasket.
