Just Bought a New 80 on EBAY!!

What do you guys think I should do, I plan on flying up to Akron, OHIO and picking it up, What things should I check and do before I embark on a trip back to Orlando, Florida. ??? ANY IDEAS?? Also what questions should I ask the previous owner?

We've got a couple members in Akron, don't we? (Beno/Onur comes to mind.) Don't want to speak for anyone, but I bet they'd be happy to check it out.

I looked at that pic before and then again now and I can't tell. I don't drive an older 80 so the dash isn't that familiar to me either.

WELL GUYS, I would like to let you guys know that the truck does have lockers. I have called the guy and he verified that it does have the switch with the turn knob.. He was even a bit frustrated because he had gotten asked that question a hundred times. BUT i am happy to know that it does have the ELockers, and that its going to be a fun drive back from OHIO....

Good for you. I always get nervous for people who buy on ebay. Myself included 2 weeks ago. I did get a gem of a car too. It did have a shifting problem which is why it was probably traded in. Nothing a 3lb sledge couldn't fix.
