sure looks the same to me i found one from the bone yard but the blade fell of but i saved the rubber bushings . i just ordered one .

I never could find a new pigtail for the fan. I purchased the entire cooling fan wiring harness used on EBay. They came on 1989 - 1995 4Runners.
I used the FZJ80 OEM pressure switch to wire it for automatic functioning: ABC's of 80's Cooling Part III - Press Switch
