Cool Magazines

Got two cool magazines that were published in 1979 and 1980.

This one is the special edition of the 4 x 4 Magazine, featuring the history of Land Cruisers.

I've got both of the magazines on e-bay right now. (You can get there by clicking my sig line link below)

If you want to buy it/them outright, PM me your offer and I'll entertain them! ;)

I'll attach some pics of the LC mag.

BTW, if you haven't noticed, these are all in Japanese and there are plenty of it in the mag. So I hope you can either read it yourself, have a close friend (Other than me! ;)) who's willing to translate for you, or just want it for the pictures yourself! :D

The Other One

This one is also of the same vintage and lists mostly the Hilux stuff, but also has little cruiser content.

Don't have a "Mini" Truck, but...

How about a big ol' truck? :D

It was a deadstock at a toy store that went out of business over 30 years ago.

A keep eye would pick up on the VERY early "Engrish" already doing its own thing!

Not sure if the pictures show it so far, but the truck is really not so mini in its size: the overall length is about 27cm, or a bit shy of 11", with the width and heigh of about 10".

It's made of metal/tin and it's friction-powered (and it still works!)

It's new in the box, but has some minor blemishes and stuff due to, well.... being put away for so long! :hillbilly:

I had to pay A LOT to get this () and therefore am going to ask $225, plus shipping.

My wife usually does not share the same excitement with these Toyota collectibles as I do, but when I showed it to her today after I unboxed it she told me that we should keep it! :grinpimp:

Let me know if there are any takers here though!

THANKS for looking!!

Play Golf?

SOLD!!!

Got this set of Toyota golf markers and divot repair tool (Not sure exactly what they're called.)

It consists of two silver markers and the shovel thingy.
It says "silver" in the back of each of the three pieces, but probably just silver plated and not of pure silver (I don't have any way to verify it though).
