Did any sort of trail plan come together? Given the grader news above, I hope there's a back up trail planned in case the machinery is still in the way.

There's so many trails in the area, and these old-timers know them down to the pebble... we'll run out of daylight long before we run out of trails.

I understand how people could be concerned about the weather especially the temperature. We could push this event until the next weekend if that is how the group feels is more appropriate. I can go for either weekend.

I'm still in.

David and I pioneered a new snow rescue technique, which is being called the pushmi-pullyu. The technique itself was found to be no more effective than the existence of an actual pushmi-pullyu. Here’s how it works, for those who would like to try it. The mobile vehicle backs up to the stuck vehicle and a kinetic rope is attached between the two vehicles. Both vehicles quickly get stuck and neither can move in a epic quest for traction. Images of a pushmi-pullyu and the new rescue technique are attached.
After detaching the kinetic rope, Jeremy pulled up behind me to pull me out and we reconnected the rope. Mysteriously, I was able to back out under my own power, thus sparing my Lexus the indignity of suffering another pushmi-pullyu rescue attempt.
